I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to help. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the breakfast, which had a wide range of delicious options. The location of the hotel was perfect - it was very close to the city center but on a quiet street, and it was also conveniently located near the river.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel tucked away on a quiet street. The old convent setting added to the charm, with thick walls providing a peaceful atmosphere. The staff, especially Therese, Eva, and Zusan, were exceptional in providing information and helpful tips for exploring the city. The breakfasts were delicious and the daily afternoon "tea" was a lovely touch. we highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

The best aspects of my stay were the excellent service and the central location. the staff were attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. the hotel is situated in a perfect location, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to have all the main tourist attractions within a short walking distance. Additionally, I really enjoyed the little extras provided by the hotel, such as the nightly finger sandwiches in reception and the tea and coffee station on the ground floor.

The worst aspect of my stay was the breakfast service. the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which was a shame considering the cute breakfast setup.

The hotel also has a communal area with wifi, which is convenient for keeping in touch with friends and family. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff provides exceptional service, and the breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection of options to choose from.

The coffee maker being placed in the corridor may be a slight inconvenience, especially for guests who need to prepare milk at night for their little ones.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and I loved it! The location was perfect, as it was in a quiet street but very close to all the main sights. I could easily walk to the city center and Old Town Square. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated having room service, dry cleaning and a shuttle service available. The room amenities were great too, with in-room air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe.

I had a wonderful stay at a unique hotel in an excellent, central location. The rooms were spacious and kept clean by the excellent housekeeping staff. The hotel even provided toiletries, a kettle, and tea bags in the room. I enjoyed the tea time initiative where they served snacks and mint tea in the lobby. The staff were friendly and there was even a DVD player in the room with a selection of DVDs. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
